Hotel SettiBi

The best surprise we could have during our weekend in Pescara/Giulianova. The hotel has a great structure, very very clean, super comfy, good breakfast. On the last night we needed to schedule a taxi cab for the next day and it was already almost 11PM. The staff was kind enough to call many taxi drivers until they got one for us for the next morning. We do recommend and will be back there for sure next year.

Having happened by chance to rest in view of a long trip, we contacted the facility which provided us with a very comfortable, clean, tidy and above all pleasantly large room. The mattresses fully met our needs. In the morning at breakfast we found a very large buffet with valid alternatives. The quality wasn't top notch. Especially the milk was really unpleasant. The cakes are a little dry and the cold cuts are of poor quality. Fresh and crunchy bread. Fresh fruit. Excellent quality yogurt (South Tyrolean). At check out we were surprised that breakfast was not included in the agreed price but thanks to the intervention of the owner's husband, everything was resolved as best as possible. There Location is excellent because it is a stone's throw from the center but not directly on the sea. The pool is really embarrassing. Small and in front of the entrance to the structure immediately on the street. So zero privacy. I don't think we will return because breakfast is essential for us. But for the mattresses and the rooms I would give a good 8.

Stayed two nights for work, comfortable rooms, spacious balcony and excellent location given the proximity to the sea (almost on the seafront), breakfast could be improved, but basically for those who don't expect the moon in the well it's fine; the presence of the swimming pool was a nice surprise as, if you wanted, you could enjoy a bit of relaxation. The staff very kind and helpful. This should be kept in mind for future trips.

We were guests of the hotel for two nights. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room, with comfortable balcony (there is a small clothesline) overlooking the sea. Breakfast varied, plentiful and of good quality. There is a small swimming pool. The location of the hotel is really convenient, especially for those with children....the beach is just a stone's throw away, with a lido associated with the structure, and clubs nearby. Giulianova was a pleasant surprise for us, and we will certainly return.

Lights (some) and shadows….. The structure, as it is brand new, is well built with very well-equipped rooms with 32" TV, safe, fridge and large equipped balcony. There is poor internal soundproofing and some cheap details such as the shower cubicle, the light in the bathroom and the mattresses. Excellent cleaning. The optional breakfast buffet is very good and complete, except for the really bad croissants. The hotel is very close to the sea but almost 1km from the center and on the least well-kept stretch of the seafront. The staff is really extremely courteous... but let's get to the sore points... the management of the air conditioning. Independent adjustment......until they unplug everything. Which happens at their leisure when there are few people in the hotel. For those who stay in the room, or linger... the sauna starts. We have had to request its activation several times...... but it also becomes annoying due to the responses received. I understand the need to contain costs....but we are talking about a very expensive hotel. Neighboring hotels of the same category offer full board and beach for the same money I paid for B&B and garage. It is clear that the cost was known to me, but, even more so, I would never have expected such a disservice. We might as well go back to the Middle Ages when AC was paid separately. Beach service is available, with very well spaced umbrellas, in their lido equipped only with toilets and showers. At the same cost there are adjacent beaches which are very well structured and also equipped with a restaurant/bar. For a few days, perhaps in winter, it is definitely a valid hotel. But for a long summer holiday I absolutely do not recommend it. Paying a lot and then suffering the heat is not good.

A wonderful, new, beautiful, modern and family-run hotel. We spent a week in this wonderful hotel in July and immediately felt at home. The hosts and the entire team tried very hard to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms are very nice and friendly. We had direct sea views and a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. The room, the hotel and the rest of the facility were very clean and were cleaned daily. The breakfast was very rich, tasty and also very cheap. There were freshly baked cakes and other sweets every day. You could also order snacks at any time, they were always freshly prepared and tasted excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal for people who want to spend their vacation in a quiet and relaxed manner. It is also just a few meters from the new town, so you can reach any restaurant, bar or shop on foot. The beach is exactly opposite and you could reserve loungers on the “own” section of the beach. The beach was very clean and there were loungers available at all times. The hotel also has a nice pool, which was also cleaned daily. You could park your car directly in the hotel's underground car park. The hosts tried very hard and made us feel welcome at any time. They were there every day, at all times and always had a smile on their faces. Thank you for these wonderful days and the warmth of the hosts and the entire team!
